Wow! So much has happened since my last blog. The boys are working out with a former #1 NBA draft pick & player. My youngest son won the 1st annual NBA Dish, Swish & Shoot Contest in the 12 year old age division. Over 30, 000 kids participated which started at the local levels across the country. And for him to end up #1 in his age group was like a dream. We got an expense paid trip to the 2010 NBA All-Star Game, in Dallas Texas. It was like a dream weekend.

Lets see, the boys ended up playing AAU ball this season and I'm glad we let them play. My 8th grader has learned so much about the game and his confidence has gotten better. The kid needs to work on his jump shot. He's quick as lightening but that jumpshot needs a lot of work. We are preparing to attend 13u AAU Nationals in Memphis, TN and 14u AAU Nationals in Orlando, FL.
