A Monkey Wrench

I knew it was coming sooner or later. My 13 year old 8th grader is playing football, again! He's a running back. Last year, I thought after one good solid hit, he would give up football. Well, he got the solid hit last year and got right up (dang). A part of me says "way to hang in there," but the other part is saying, "please let this be a last time phase." The kid is running touchdowns and I think he's getting hooked on the game. I thought by high school he would quit and focus and one sport. I'm not so sure now. The jury is still out.
